Vermont, New York, Connecticut support legal bid to strike down federal anti-gay marriage law

And don't forget about Rhode Island and Michigan: This past week, Vermont's Attorney General has announced that the state will challenge the Constitutionality of its current marriage law, which defines marriage as between one man and one woman. This follows a similar announcement in New York and Connecticut, which are fighting DOMA, and in Michigan and Rhode Island, where a court case and legislative talks are underway.
