United Nations Releases New Guidelines To Promote LGBT Safety And Equality

The United Nations Human Rights Office has released the first-ever LGBT safety manual, titled Born Free and Equal: Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. The 60-page guide covers violent harassment and discrimination in education, health and employment, but some critics say that it does not cover gay parenting protection. Read more at Queerty.
