Two arrested after alleged beating of gay man

Another gang attack on a gay man: In Duluth, Minnesota, a 21-year-old man is recovering after nine men allegedly attacked him at a graduation party Saturday night. Max Pelofske's attack was instigated when one of men asked him if he was gay, and Pelofske answered that he was. According to eyewitnesses and Pelosfske account, the beating lasted five to ten minutes before he was able to flee the scene. Two unidentified men, aged 18 and 19, are in custody for the attack, which has not been labeled a hate crime at this time. Pelosfske is recovering but worried about his ability to pay his medical bills.
