In Leith, Scotland, Simon Brown and Paul Banks have admitted that they killed openly-gay John Carter in February of 2011. The brutal attack occurred at Banks and Brown's apartment in an elevator, where they left a badly-beaten Carter without seeking medical attention. Both men, who came forward for a deal of a lesser charge, are being charged with culpable homicide.
