Gay troops, we salute you. The Pentagon is honoring gay pride month and all gay troops by recognizing Pride as a celebration like any other. Just one year ago heterosexuality was the norm in the military, the alternative was a dishonorable discharge. Now, gays are not only able to openly serve, but the acceptance towards gay soldiers is increasing rapidly.
