Obama Administration Sets Up Supreme Court Challenge To Laws Targeting Gay People

Under pressure: Now that a New York Court of Appeals has deemed DOMA unconstitutional (in the recent Edith Windsor case), the Obama Administration and the Department of Justice are urging the Supreme Court to consider taking Windsor's case in lieu of the other 6 possible DOMA appeal cases, which includes Prop 8.
