A three-year old has been denied enrollment at Albuquerque, New Mexico's private Christian school, Hope Christian, because his parents are gay. The unidentified couple's attorney, Shane Youtz, claims that the school, which has a government non-profit status, is in violation of the state's Human Rights Act.
