More Fortune 500 that don't include sexual orientation protection are based or do business in Dallas

96.6 percent? Now that's a good number: Of the 500 companies on this year's Fortune 500 list, nearly 97 percent provide sexual orientation non-discrimination policies. But you may want to stay away from companies headquartered in Texas. Three of the 17 that do not offer protection, ExxonMobil, Holly Frontier and Energy Transfer Supply, are based in Dallas.
