"There is nothing wrong with me. I am perfectly healthy, I just happen to be transgender." Trans activist Maxwell Zachs, 25, has started a Change.org petition to have the World Health Organization delete "transsexualism" from the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), which defines it as a "mental disorder."
