This weekend's attack on a gay man the Silver Fox gay bar has been handed over to the Long Beach Hate Crimes Division. Four Marines, Pfc. Sean Miller; Pfc. Thomas Penteck; Lance Cpl. Lewis Serna; and Lance Cpl. John O'Leary have been arrested for walking into the gay bar early Monday morning and attacking a young man who was sitting at the bar.
