It's pronounced "bigot": In a post-debate statement to reporters this week, U.S. Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill) compared gay marriage to polygamy and bigamy: "You know, we don't have polygamy and bigamy and all of these things in, in the federal government. It's the states that take care of that." While Biggert has said that she is "close" to gay marriage and opposes a Constitutional ban at the federal level, this recent statement is not sitting well with supporters.
