Hey Florida, check out Israel: On Sunday in an unprecedented court case, a Ramat Gan Family Court ruled that a lesbian egg donor had equal parenting rights as the lesbian birth mother. A similar case is underway in Florida, and if repealed, may change the state's 19-year-old same sex custody law.
