Gay Republican candidate anticipates a few GOP 'knuckleheads' in Congress

Those darn "knuckleheads:" Openly-gay Massachusetts Congressional candidate Richard Tisei has not experienced any anti-gay discrimination thus far, but he expects a few problems on the Hill: “I’m sure that there are a few knuckleheads that will, you know, look at me based on my sexuality as opposed to what I bring to the table. But I’ve got to say, every single person I’ve met so far has made me feel really comfortable.” Democratic opponent Rep. John Tierney, however, has said that a vote for Tisei is a Tea Party vote.
