Hope you like your wedding gift: After British newlyweds Rhys and Esther Curnow turned in an anti-gay marriage petition with 550,000 signatures (in full wedding attire), the couple has been blasted with hate mail from pro-gay marriage supporters. One email stated that both Rhys and Esther should undergo “compulsory sterilisation." Rhys, however, did not seem to understand his offense: “We’re at a loss to understand how people could be so vicious. All we did was hand in a petition at Downing Street. Surely there’s room for people to disagree without resorting this kind of hatred and abuse."
