Gay Marriage Caucus Didn't Break Rules: Court

Another great day for the state of New York: A Rochester appellate court ruled today that Governor Cuomo's gay marriage legislation last year was completely above board. The review case was initiated when gay marriage opponents, angry at the speed and alleged secrecy of the bill, claimed that Republican lawmakers broke the state's "open meeting" rules in the months before the bill was passed.
