Gay and lesbian group salutes diversity efforts on networks including CW and Showtime

The CW edges out ABC for most gay TV programming: According to GLAAD, the CW offers more gay characters and themes--a whopping 29 percent of hours--than any other non-cable major television network. Coming in second and third: ABC and Fox, followed by NBC, and finally, with only 9 percent, CBS. Read more about the awards at The Washington Post.
