Not very funny: A lesbian couple, Fiona Walshe and her unidentified partner, are seeking legal action against comedian Eddie Griffin after he sexually assaulted and threw drinks at them during a comedy show in Pleasanton, California. Griffin, who Walshe claims drank an entire bottle of champagne on stage and admitted to being drunk at the start of the show. After calling the couple out for being lesbians (while working the crowd), he tried to "convert" them with his crotch--but Walshe fought back by throwing a drink in his face.
