Jin Lun may not have been Magnotta's first victim: The LAPD is investigating Magnotta's possible role in the murder and dismemberment of 66-year-old Hervey Medellin, whose head was found under the Hollywood sign in January of this year. Magnotta is currently facing extradition to Canada for charges of killing and dismembering 33-year-old boyfriend Jin Lun, and then using the mail system to send his dismembered body parts to Canadian officials and schools.
