Ex-Gay is exed-out in California: This morning, the California State Assembly passed a groundbreaking new law that bans all mental health practitioners from giving "gay cure" psychotherapy to LGBT youth. Also known as reparative or conversion therapy, gay cure science has been condemned by the nation's most prominent medical organizations, and one of the leading founders of the practice, Dr. Robert Spitzer, apologized to the LGBT community earlier this summer and renounced his lifetime work.
