Another case of royally missing the point: Bryan Fischer, the head of the anti-gay American Family Association, took to his radio show during the RNC last week to reiterate the "impeccable" data that gays are associated with pedophilia, and that lesbians--a new theory--are as unhealthy as people with HIV/AIDS because they have a greater risk of breast cancer. But the medical community has not linked breast cancer with sexual orientation. Rather, women with obesity who have never had a child are more likely to develop breast cancer, a scenario that is possible, at times, in the lesbian community. Read more at The HuffPo.
