President Obama does not blame Biden for his impromptu remarks on Meet the Press Sunday, but the President told the press this morning that he would prefer that his announcement came first: “Would I have preferred to have done this in my own way? In my own terms without there being a lot of notice to everybody that this is where we were going? Sure. But all’s well that ends well.” Biden apologized to the President this morning in the Oval Office.
