Family outing: In the nation's first-ever Mathew Shepard Hate Crime Act trial, which is taking place in Kentucky, the sister of accused attacker Anthony Ray Jenkins (and cousin of second attacker, David Jason Jenkins) testified that the two men targeted victim Kevin Pennington because he was gay, and perceived to be weak. Mable Ashley Jenkins and Anthony Ray's wife, Alexis, who were also present at the 2009 federal park attack, but received lesser charges for their testimony. For more, click the link below.
